Do you wish you had a crew of guys you could hang out with on a regular basis?
Do you wish you could be an unfiltered version of yourself around your friends?
Do you wish you had friends who could see your strengths and encourage you to grow in new ways?
If you’re looking to strengthen your circle of guy friends, you’re not alone. Men everywhere are more isolated than ever, and many are looking for new ways to get more socially connected.
Luckily, making new friends is a skill that any guy can learn. The research on the “Men’s Loneliness Epidemic” suggests that most men aren’t tapping into their full aptitude for making friends. We’re here to help you do just that. With a clear understanding of how connection works—and a few practical steps— we will help you build a new friend group from scratch.
At Fraternity Labs, we’ve designed a science-based program to help regular guys like you level up their social lives. We’re not here to unpack your childhood or teach you gimmicky bullshit. This isn’t therapy, and we’re not trying to turn you into an “Alpha Male.”
This is a straight-up social skills workshop designed specifically for men who want to have more friends and deeper friendships. Our program isn’t designed to change your personality to get people to like you; it’s designed to meet you where you are so you can learn how to relate to others authentically. You’ll gain the confidence to put yourself out there and the tools to make it worth your while.
Our program is based on social science research about how friendships are made and maintained. You will learn how to flexibly adapt the main principles to fit your personal style.
The program uses publicly-available scientific research from 3 main sources. The first source is general principles from the field of social psychology, which explores how people perceive and interact with one another. The second is the psychology of masculinity, which explores how men in particular think and behave. The third is research on the men’s loneliness epidemic, which explores the widespread phenomenon of men becoming increasingly socially isolated over the last few decades.
I’m Dan, the founder of Fraternity Labs. Over the years, I’ve experienced firsthand how strong friendships can transform your life. I’m passionate about helping other guys to achieve the same thing for themselves.
While studying for my degree in psychology, I got hands-on experience in social psychology research labs. That taught me how to think critically about what makes people click, and how to break it down in a way that any guy can understand.
My goal is to make friendship-building accessible to any man who wants a richer social life, no matter his starting point.
